I've not used any OFF+ blade. Does all the manufactures follow a standard from ITTF to name a blade as OFF+?

I had an impression that carbon blades are light. I used to play badminton in the past. The badminton carbon blades are very light compared to wood or other blades.

In the case of table tennis blades, the carbon blades are heavier. The ITTF rule enforces wood to be present in the paddle, and that may be making the heaviness.

Not sure if all blade manufacturers conform to ITTF on naming the blade OFF or OFF+, but these are claimed by the manufacturers themselves.

For badminton rackets, the carbon makes it lighter. But for table tennis, to conform to ITTF rules that all blades must have some form of wood in them, therefore it is heavier but if you compare a blade consist of carbon & wood to a blade made of 100% wood, the former is lighter as compared with the latter.

Most of the manufacturers follow their own way of naming a blade as OFF or OFF+. We can't compare a Butterfly to a Joola blade with the same category.

The XIOM products don't have the rating being used by other brands. The have (1) Hit Feel (2) Touch Feel (3) Speed (4) Rebound etc.. A lot of people are confused by that rating.

IMO the manufacturer should have a common measurement like Butterfly & some European manufacturer like Joola, Donic & Tibhar which have table tennis blade rating from DEF-, DEF, DEF+, All Round, OFF-, OFF & OFF+.

On the other hand, XIOM products have their own ratings as per your post. So it is difficult to compare with the other makes unless a person is on hand to try both.

The new XIOM rating has confused many people. But I have felt they have the best rating because you can get a real idea of what the blade can do. If they can also add whether the blade belongs to a category like DEF, ALL or OFF, their rating is easy to use.

Primorac Carbon ranks one of the fastest bat in the Butterfly chart. Not recommended for beginners and if you want speed and power this is the bat for you. Its basically for attackers for both Fh and BH and great hitting away from the table.

Yes, Primorac is the "most offensice" blade in the butterfly family at the moment. I have seen some of my friends using this and good at away from the table shots.

Well, to summarize : It would be better to have all the manufacturer to have a common rating on the blades. Also it would be good to have ITTF sanction on the rating of blades as well. (Currently only approved rubbers by ITTF are allowed to be used in tourneament).
