I have heard that according to the new list of ITTF approved rubbers, the Hallmark Original is banned. Is that right?

But Hallmark website doesn't showed the Original being failed in ITTF test : http://www.hallmarktt.co.uk/ittf.php

But based on the ITTF list, if the model was not mentioned in the list, does it means that it is illegal?
